Steve Jones
Steve is part of the presenting team at T4 on Channel 4 where he co-hosts T4 Saturdays and Sundays with June Sarpong and Miquita Oliver.
His career started when Steve was approached by Esquire Magazine and asked if he would like to do some freelance modelling work. Steve went on to work in Australia, Korea and London for various clients such as Versace, Armani, Ralph Lauren, Pringles, Adidas, Coca Cola as well as many other brands, which he wouldn’t like to mention! For Steve it was a natural progression on the Screen as his original sense of humour and ability to relate to people became apparent.
Steve then filmed four series of The Popfactory for HTV Wales, where he introduced and interviewed pop bands and solo artists from S Club 7 to the Fun Lovin’ Criminals. His natural approach and friendly manner made it easy for him to put his guests at ease.
Steve's other credits include the Bravo show All About Men and Channel 5's 99 Things To Do Before You Die - a show where he tried unusual challenges from drinking snakes blood to eating road kill! He has also hosted a brand new hidden camera show Office Monkey for ITV2, was a regional presenter for ITV’s Record of the Year and has recently filmed a programme for Ch4’s popular new comedy series Comedy Lab.
Steve has a great interest in music and travel and sport. He was the no1 squash player for South Wales under 19’s and captain of the under 18’s football squad.
Steve is currently piloting a new music show for late night Ch4 as well as presenting T4.
